As a sponsor, your product or service will be featured in a dedicated segment of an episode, reaching families who tune in to hear about our thrilling bible adventures. Your brand will also be promoted on our social media channels and website, providing additional exposure to our audience. 

Episode + Subscription Box Sponsor Package 

Includes everything from the Episode Only Package, plus inclusion in our themed Bible Detectives Subscription Box product. The subscription box will include a flyer highlighting your business, reaching the homes of families who are passionate about learning and exploring the Bible. This package covers inclusion in 100 boxes. 

Terms and Conditions for Sponsorship of Bible Detectives Podcast

1. Advertisement Content: The sponsor is responsible for providing the advertisement content, to be featured in the podcast episode, including any images, videos, or audio clips, . The content must be suitable for a family-friendly audience and align with the values and themes of Bible Detectives podcast. Any audio content will be read by our podcast hosts and may be amended to fit the vibe of the episode.  

2. Approval: The sponsor's advertisement content is subject to approval by Bible Detectives team. The team reserves the right to reject any content that is deemed inappropriate or does not align with the podcast's values.

3. Payment: Payment for the sponsorship must be made in full before the advertisement is scheduled to air. Payment can be made by purchasing the Sponsorship Product on our website at ancientpathadventures.com AFTER approval of the Sponsorship Form. 

4. Duration: The sponsorship duration will be no more than 60-seconds per podcast episode. The product listing is for one (1) podcast episode.  More may be purchased.

5. Cancellation: Due to the nature of podcast production and airing process, once an episode is recorded, no amendments can be made to sponsorship placements. In the event that the sponsor wishes to cancel the sponsorship agreement, a written notice must be provided to the Bible Detectives team at least 7 days before the scheduled advertisement air date. Any payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

6. Promotion: The sponsor's brand name and/or logo may be included in promotional materials for the Bible Detectives podcast, including social media posts, website listings, and other marketing materials, unless otherwise specified by the sponsor.

7. Liability: The Bible Detectives podcast and its team are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the sponsor's advertisement or sponsorship of the podcast. The sponsor acknowledges and agrees that The Bible Detectives podcast does not guarantee any specific level of sales, leads, or other outcomes as a result of the sponsorship; and makes no representations or warranties regarding the potential impact of the sponsorship on the sponsor's business and shall not be held liable for any lack of sales, leads, or other outcomes.

8. Business Changes: If your business purpose or content changes in a way that may not align with our values or the interests of our audience, we reserve the right to reevaluate the inclusion of your marketing materials in our subscription boxes. We strive to maintain the integrity and relevance of our content for the benefit of our listeners and supporters. Thank you for your understanding.

9. Changes to Terms: The Bible Detectives team reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the sponsor in writing.
